And like me, you are probably overwhelmed, and you have every fucking right to be but there are two things that you should know about your totally justified psychosis, two things that I frequently have to remind myself when I become tempted to swallow my own tongue. The first is that you are not alone. A bit cliche I know, but still totally valid. The second is that you are not crazy. In fact, you are actually being overwhelmed by design.
