“Every cent spent by government is money wasted. You have more influence over your family and friends than a stranger or government would. Use your influence for good. Don’t litter and don’t ask government to spend money on things you believe would be a benefit. Don’t ignore littering by people you know, and pick up after them if they litter in your presence.” (05/14/25)
