“A series of small earthquakes rattled the Bay Area on Sunday morning. According to preliminary data from the U.S. Geological Society, at least eight quakes shook the East Bay between 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The strongest, a preliminary magnitude 3.8 earthquake, hit around 9:40 a.m. Other quakes registered preliminary magnitudes of 3.7, 3.0, 2.9, 2.8 and 2.5. The quakes’ epicenters were primarily centered between Dublin and San Ramon. Multiple faults run through the area, including the Pleasanton Fault and the Calaveras Fault. No damage or injuries have been reported.” (11/09/25)
