Storm Protocol and Year-End Fundraiser Update

Hey, everyone …

The bad news: It’s hurricane time again. Late Tuesday or early Wednesday, I expect Hurricane Milton to come barreling through my area. Fortunately I live out toward the edge of its most likely path, but even with no change in direction I’ll likely experience electricity/Internet outages for some undetermined period of time.

Which means: Starting as early as tomorrow morning, Rational Review News Digest and Freedom News Daily may be “web-only,” without email notifications. I doubt that will extend into next week, but I won’t be surprised if the outages extend to the weekend.

Which does NOT mean there won’t be an RRND/FND. Steve will cover as best he can for me. The daily editions may be web-only; they may be smaller than usual; but there WILL be new content at:

https://news.rationalreview.com

The other bad news:

Yesterday was the first “zero-dollar day” of our year-end fundraiser. Our total is stuck at $294.50, versus our goal of $5,351. That’s not as bad as it sounds — supporter GL’s “matching funds” offer means we only have to raise $2,675.50 from our other readers — but it ain’t good either.

PLEASE support the freedom movement’s daily newspaper at:

I’ll continue work until/unless the storm intervenes, then catch you ASAP after it passes. Be safe, and have a great week!

Yours in liberty,
