“A US Border Patrol agent in New York made women expose their breasts to get into the country, according to authorities. Shane Millan, 53, of Jefferson County, NY, admitted ordering women to take their tops off for him ‘for his own gratification,’ according to a release from the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. The border agent once refused to let a woman enter the US with her infant child until she showed him her breasts, court documents state. … Millan’s crimes took place while he was stationed at Wellesley Island on the US-Canada border, where he was responsible for processing immigrants via webcam as they crossed into the country from Mexico.” (03/11/25)
